Cancellation Policy

Pine Peak Fitness Cancellation Policy

 

At Pine Peak Fitness, we value transparency and fairness in all membership agreements.

The following outlines our cancellation policy:

Notice Requirement: All membership cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email, letter, or physical form) at least 15 days prior to the member’s next scheduled billing cycle.

Verbal cancellations (in person or over the phone) will not be accepted.

Contractual Obligations: Members must fulfill the full term of their signed contract. If a member chooses to cancel before completing the contracted term, the member will be charged the remainder of their contractual fee at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation Processing: Once the written cancellation request is received, a confirmation will be sent within 5 business days. Members are responsible for verifying that their cancellation request has been received and processed.

Billing After Cancellation: If the written cancellation request is received less than 15 days before the next billing cycle, one final payment may be processed before cancellation becomes effective.
